Describe the role
Start from a role blueprint — the competencies the job actually needs, written down before anyone is assessed.

Candidates do a task drawn from the job rather than answering questions about it: a ticket, a case, a short piece of writing.

Score against a rubric
Named evaluators score the work against shared criteria. AI drafts and summarises; a person decides.

Keep the decision
What the candidate produced, the scores, who gave them and the integrity signals stay together as a record you can re-read later.
What we do not do
AI drafts rubrics, summarises evidence and flags integrity signals. It does not decide an outcome, and no signal rejects anyone on its own — a named person makes every call and the record says who. Identity photos are compared by a reviewer; there is no automatic face matching and no biometric face template is stored. Nothing is remembered about a candidate across customers.
The trial is not a plan you stay on. It uses the same credit system a paid plan uses, and when the fourteen days end nothing is charged and nothing converts by itself.
